As a therapist, my goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to share their concerns.

By asking this question, I am inviting you, my client, to explore your thoughts and feelings and to identify any underlying issues that may be contributing to their challenges.

I understand that it can be difficult to open up about personal struggles, but I want to assure you that I am here to listen and support you in any way that I can. By working together, we can create a plan for therapy that is tailored to your specific needs and goals.

Areas I Often Work With

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of where to start. If any of the following sound familiar, you’re in the right place:

  • Trauma, PTSD, or emotional flashbacks

  • Anxiety, panic attacks, chronic worry

Therapeutic Approaches I Use

I draw from a variety of evidence-based methods depending on what will be most helpful for you:

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing): A proven approach for trauma and emotional wounds that haven’t fully healed

  • DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy): Supports emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness

  • CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy): Helps shift unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors

  • Psychodynamic Therapy: Explores your past experiences and internal narratives to bring insight and healing

  • Mindfulness-Based Practices: Encourages awareness, presence, and emotional grounding

Session Details

Sessions are typically 50 minutes and can be scheduled weekly or bi-weekly depending on your needs.

In-person sessions are held at my office in Woodland Hills, CA

Online sessions are available for anyone located in California

I work with adults and older teens (age 16 and up) in individual therapy settings.
